●Community Exchange Centers

• There is a community exchange center in each neighborhood of the city. There, city citizens can apply for a resident card or obtain a certificate which the city provides (excluding Odono, Shiraishi, Yuda, Ogori, Aio, Ajisu, Tokuji Chuo Community Exchange Centers). In addition, local residents can sign up to hold a meeting, activity and study group in the Community Exchange Centers.
  
• Chinese martial arts, flower arrangements, social dance, language courses, erc., are some of the many classes held at local public halls. These community exchange center proovide citizens the opportunities to learn and teach each other.
