●How to Use Taxies
- In Yamaguchi City, it is very difficult to get a taxi by just
standing on the side of the road. It is betterto either go to
a taxi stand at a station or at designated places along the main
streets, or call a taxi company.
- When a taxi stops, the rear left door will automatically open
and close, so please get in and out of the taxi on that side.
- Costs of transportation will be displayed on the meter next
to the driver.
- Basic fees for a medium-sized taxi are 570 yen, and for a small-sized
taxi are 560 yen. According to the distance and time of the transportation
, additional fees will be added.
- After 10 pm, late night charges will be added.
